Peter has over 16 years in the catering and hospitality industry and is 1 of 3 directors. Peter started his life as a chef, working in Australia, New Zealand and Canada as well as some well-known restaurants in and around Sussex. Peter looks after the day to day operations and is often the face you will recognise and most events.
Director number 2, Andy has over 17 years in the drinks industry and is business partners with Scott at Morepour. Andy has been a key member in the growth of both companies. Andy's experience and knowledge helps SBHE moving forward in the right direction.
Scott, our last director, has worked in the drinks industry for over 22 years. Scott helps runs Sussex Bar Hire & Events as well as Morepour, our sister company, which specialises in drinks' dispense and technical services. His up-to-date knowledge in craft beers keeps SBHE ahead of our competitors!

Based in the South East, SBHE are located in a fantastic part of the United Kingdom; being able to source fresh and local produce on our doorstep is a privilege. Buying quality ingredients like Romany marsh lamb, fresh fish from the fishing ports of Newhaven and Brighton, sparkling wines from Sussex vine yards and some of the finest beers and real ales in the country. This enables us to gladly support local producers and run our operation in a sustainable fashion.
